My short story, The Blue Apron is about my friend becoming upset with me for losing my grandma’s blue apron during a move. Grandma had passed away a few months earlier and we were in the middle of packing a lot of stuff when the apron was accidentally donated. There was a lot of guilt afterwards and I couldn’t sleep for a few nights, so I ended up writing this short story and entering it in a contest.
